What happens during the online consultation?

The online consultation is a 4-step process. By completing our confidential questions, you will let our doctor determine if the treatment you have chosen is suitable for you. Once your consultation is reviewed, our registered doctor can determine which treatment is best. Our registered doctor will not approve a prescription medication for you unless you complete the online consultation. The doctor's decision will be sent to you via e-mail.

How is my medication shipped?

ClickMed uses Royal Mail and UPS to deliver medications to our patients. There are five different delivery options to choose from. ClickMed offers standard next-day delivery for orders placed after 2 PM and same day delivery for orders made within the M25 radius.

Are the medications you ship genuine?

ClickMed only provides genuine branded medications. All the medications available with ClickMed are FDA-approved and clinically tested. All medication is dispensed with a prescription from our pharmacy. To protect the integrity of ClickMed and the well-being of your health, each prescription is double checked by a licensed pharmacist.

What are the hidden costs?

ClickMed is totally transparent about the price of our medications. There are no hidden costs. Next to the price listed with our treatments, you can view the additional services we offer.

When can I expect to receive my order?

You should receive your medication 24 hours after placing an order. Using Royal Mail's special delivery service, our pharmacy will ship your medication to you by 1 PM the following working day.

Is my order confidential?

Our registered doctor and trusted pharmacy are the only parties aware of your order. Your information remains confidential and is not sold or displayed publicly in any form. We guarantee that your medication will safely arrive at your doorstep in discrete packaging.

Do I have to sign for my package when it arrives?

Yes. Your signature is required for confirmation of receipt.

What happens if I'm not home when my medication is delivered?

If you are not home when your medication arrives, the courier will leave a calling card with information on how you can retrieve your package from your local delivery office. Delivery may also be re-arranged for a time that is more convenient to you.

Why haven't I received my medication a few days after I placed my order?

Contact us by phone or e-mail if this happens. We may be trying to reach you before filling your order. When contacting a member of our Patient Services Team, please reference your order number. This will allow us to resolve the issue quickly.

Does ClickMed offer refunds?

It is illegal to accept returned prescription medications. ClickMed tries to make sure your order is complete by offering options throughout the ordering process to allow you to change your dosage as needed. Our doctor will also assess your consultation to make sure you get the most appropriate medication for your condition.

Does ClickMed accept credit cards?

ClickMed accepts Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit and debit cards. If you have a question about your card, simply give us a call or send us an e-mail.

What does ClickMed do with my personal information?

Your personal information is safe with ClickMed. Patient confidentiality is very important to us, which is why your we never share your personal information with any third party outside our business. We also use regulated safeguard web tools to keep our online ordering safe and secure.

Is your doctor available to discuss my condition?

If you would like to speak with one of our registered doctors, send us an e-mail with your contact information and when you would like us to call. Our EU-registered doctor will reach out to you to resolve any queries you may have.

Is ClickMed an online pharmacy?

ClickMed is not an online pharmacy. ClickMed is an online clinic because of the number of services it provides in addition to medications. ClickMed works closely with EU-registered doctors and qualified pharmacies to ship medications once a prescription is filled.

Is obtaining medication this way legal?

Most countries do not have a problem with treatments being imported for a period of time. ClickMed recommends checking the laws in your own country before you place an order. It is important to remember that ClickMed is not an online pharmacy. Medication purchased through ClickMed is dispensed from a qualified pharmacy after a prescription is signed and approved by an EU-registered doctor.
