How it works

ClickMed provides the safest and most effective treatments with its straightforward order process. In addition to providing quality treatments, ClickMed also provides patients with convenient service.

Step 1 – Order placement

The doses of each medication are displayed on each product page. By simply clicking the drop down box next to the price list, you can also view which services are included in each price. After selecting a treatment, you will then be asked to complete our quick, easy and confidential consultation. The consultation includes:

• Login for returning users and registration for first-time patients
• Medical questions
• Address and billing information requests
• Payment information
• Final order confirmation

We only preauthorise your debit or credit card. You will not be charged for your medication until a doctor reviews your consultation and a prescription is issued.

Step 2 - Consultation review

All patients must complete a free and confidential online consultation. To make sure your medication is right for you, your form is reviewed by one of our EU-registered doctors.

Online consultation cannot replace a face-to-face consultation with your personal doctor. We recommend that you make an appointment with your current doctor to discuss your new medication. A better diagnosis can be made during a physical check-up. However, if you do not want to visit your current doctor, ClickMed is happy to recommend a private clinic for further examination.

Step 3 - Medication despatched

Our pharmacy will ship your medication to you once a prescription has been issued. This is very close to the process that takes place at hospitals. At our pharmacy, the required labels your medication are printed and shelf, date and batch numbers are reviewed. Your medication is then placed in a courier envelope.

Step 4 - Medication delivered

ClickMed offers its patients five delivery options. If you place your order by 2 PM, your medication will be sent out for delivery by 5:30 PM Monday-Friday. Most medications are delivered the next working day with UPS. You will receive updates via e-mail with a unique tracking number once your medication is despatched. ClickMed is happy to offer its customers free delivery.
